A wholesale custom closet experience

Custom closets, built by a master craftsman, at wholesale prices.

I'm Ron Roman, and I've spent 50-plus years at the bench. I come to your home, design your closet with you, and build it in my shop. Then you install it yourself with my hands-on coaching and save close to half, or I install it for you.

How it works

Four steps, and a real person at every one

The national brands hand you a phone number. I hand you a plan, and I stand next to you while you build it.

Step 1

I come to your home

Ron measures every wall himself and learns how you live. No commissioned salesperson, no guesswork.

Step 2

We design it together

You see real dimensions, real finishes, and a real DIY price. I tell you whether wall-hung or floor-based fits your space.

Step 3

I build it in the shop

Furniture-grade 3/4" thermally fused melamine, 2mm rounded edge banding, cut and finished to your design.

Step 4

You install, or I do

3 to 4 hours of hands-on training so you can install it yourself and save close to half, or let me install it for you.

Meet the craftsman

50-plus years at the bench, now in your home

I started at 11 in my father's New Jersey cabinet shop, opened my own business in 1995, and have spent more than 30 years specializing in custom closets. Five years ago I moved to the Wilmington area. I'm not a franchise or a faceless factory. I'm the person who designs your closet, builds it, and shows you how to install it.

Straight answers, no pressure

Both. I install for you, or I coach you through your own install in person for 3 to 4 hours. The national DIY brands just hand you a phone number and tell you to find a handyman.
Close to half of a traditional full-service custom closet. You can also have me install it for an added 25 percent, which is still well under franchise pricing.
Wall-hung keeps your floor clear, forgives uneven floors, and looks lighter and more modern. It is my versatile default. Floor-based carries more weight and gives the seamless built-in look, ideal for pantries. I recommend the right one for your room and load.
Furniture-grade 3/4" thermally fused melamine in 12 finishes, with 2mm edge banding and rounded edges, backed by a lifetime warranty.
No franchise fees, no commissioned designer fees, and no delivery or installation fees on DIY orders.
