Lifetime Warranty

Ron has spent more than 50 years working with wood and custom storage, and he builds every system to last. That is why Closet Authority NC backs each closet with a lifetime warranty. This page explains what the warranty covers.

What is covered

For as long as the original purchaser owns the home where the system was installed, Closet Authority NC warrants its casework against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This includes:

• Delamination, peeling, cracking, or warping of the 3/4″ furniture-grade thermally fused melamine panels and shelves
• Separation or failure of the 2mm edge banding
• Manufacturing defects in cut, fit, or finish of the components we produce

Installation

When Closet Authority NC installs your system, the workmanship of that installation is covered. When you install the system yourself, the product warranty above applies in full, provided the system was installed following the guidance and instructions Ron provides at delivery, mounted to sound structure, and not loaded beyond its intended capacity.
